What's in this version:
✓Fixed a critical crash that would occur when the application lost focus
✓Fixed hang when opponent's infantry in a jeep in a ferry tried to move that jeep onto an another ferry
✓Fixed issue where fast-forwarding an opponent's turn would occasionally yield a different result than to watching it at normal speed
✓Dead buildings no longer open up the fog
✓Added an option in "Settings" to toggle slower text dialogs
✓Friends list sorted correctly when picking someone to challenge
